More than forty years after their debut in Italy, Famila stores now form a network of 317 outlets, with an estimated turnover of €3.3 billion by the end of 2025 and a 4.1% market share. Strongly rooted in local communities, the banner meets the different needs of the areas where it operates through four formats: Famila, Famila Superstore, Iper Famila and Famila Market. A&O: between tradition and renewal

With its 272 stores, primarily focused on neighbourhood retailing, A&O is now present throughout Italy with three different formats, mainly distinguished by the size of the sales area and the service model. Mini-markets under 200 sqmoperate under the Spesa A&O banner; neighbourhood stores between 200 and 400 sqm are branded Svelto A&O; while stores above 400 sqm are identified as Supermercato A&O. An evolution that combines tradition and innovation, while keeping the focus on customer service.

C+C: highly specialised Cash & Carry

Dedicated to the Cash & Carry channel, the national C+C banner currently counts 75 stores and is a key reference point for operators and professionals in the out-of-home sector. The rapid growth that has characterised — and continues to characterise — this banner in recent years is mainly due to the wide and deep assortment available in its stores, the excellent balance between quality and price and, of course, the high level of service offered to customers.

Animali che Passione: expertise and dedicated services

Dedicated to pet care and nutrition, Animali che Passione is the newest among the Group’s national banners. The project, launched in 2018, currently counts 18 stores, all characterised by the presence of qualified staff. The assortment ranges from 4,000 to 8,000 SKUs, with particular attention to dogs and cats, and includes the best specialised products — from food to hygiene products, accessories and a wide range of services.

CosìComodo: a customer-centred shopping experience

CosìComodo is the aggregator e-commerce platform managed by the Central Organisation. It currently includes 7 Partner Companies, corresponding to 10 retail banners. Available delivery options include Drive and Click & Collect(also in Locker format) through more than 180 picking points. These are complemented by home delivery, with coverage of more than 1,200 postal codes. The increase in turnover recorded in 2025 (+8% overall and +18% for home delivery) confirms the success of this model. The value recognised by customers is mainly based on its ability to offer a digital shopping experience that increasingly mirrors the in-store one, where it is possible to find the same product pathways and category groupings that characterise shopping inside the physical store.
